SUMMARY:Moving Beyond Words: Crafting a Plan for a 21st Century LTSS Workforce for MA
DESCRIPTION:It has been well documented that home health and home care are projected to add more jobs in the next decade than almost another sector.  Already in MA\, we are seeing a workforce supply that is failing to meet demand. The Home Care Alliance of MA\, and its 150 member agencies\,  are committed over 2019/2020 to be much more proactive in our efforts to grow and strengthen the home care workforce.    We are working to identify promising best practices in hiring\, training and retraining our workforce and we are looking for productive public private partnerships to support these efforts. \nTo the end\, I would like to invite you to join us in Sturbridge MA on Nov 7th  for a conversation with the industry and industry experts on where this work is heading and what challenges and opportunities we face.  (The meeting is free\, but you must register.)
