The Pioneer Valley Healthcare Career Pathways Forum is designed to strengthen collaboration among high school counselors, educators, healthcare employers, and community organizations as they work collectively to shape the future healthcare workforce.
This regional forum offers a unique opportunity to build meaningful connections and align educational initiatives with the evolving needs of the healthcare sector in Western Massachusetts. The event is expected to bring together more than 100 participants from 15 school districts, including representatives from over 30 high schools and 40+ school counselors.
Attendees will engage in dynamic discussions, share best practices, and explore innovative strategies to better prepare students for successful careers in healthcare—whether through certificate programs, associate degrees, or advanced academic pathways.

Forum Agenda & Engagement Opportunities
Participants will take part in large-group discussions, Q&A sessions, and peer-to-peer information sharing.
We will also utilize Slack as an optional communication tool for continued engagement and networking before, during, and after the event.
