Pioneer Valley Healthcare Career Pathways Forum

The Pioneer Valley Healthcare Career Pathways Forum is designed to strengthen collaboration among high school counselors, educators, healthcare employers, and community organizations as they work collectively to shape the future healthcare workforce.

This regional forum offers a unique opportunity to build meaningful connections and align educational initiatives with the evolving needs of the healthcare sector in Western Massachusetts. The event is expected to bring together more than 100 participants from 15 school districts, including representatives from over 30 high schools and 40+ school counselors.

Forum Agenda & Engagement Opportunities

In addition, participants will engage in large-group discussions, Q&A sessions, and peer-to-peer information sharing to foster collaboration and practical takeaways.
