Credit-bearing BH Incumbent Worker Training 2024 – 2026
Grant funding is available through the MassHire Hampden County Workforce Board from January 2024 through December 2026 to support the placement of incumbent Behavioral Health workers into Human Services and Social Work courses at Springfield Technical Community College (STCC). Participants will have the opportunity to earn 10 college credits as part of a micro-credential that can be applied toward a certificate or associate degree in the field.

We are actively seeking employer partners to identify and nominate eligible employees to participate in this free training program. By participating, employers can help their workforce gain valuable skills, increase career advancement opportunities, and enhance their organization’s capacity in the behavioral health sector.
