This program is a collaborative effort between the MA, RI League for Nursing and the Organization of Nurse Leaders design to support all new graduate nurses. New nurses entering the healthcare system can benefit from the extra emotional support and connectivity with each other and experienced nurse leader facilitators.

Who can participate:
Any new nurse, whether they are employed or looking for their first nursing job, as well as any nurse who completed nursing orientation during the last year. All new nurses are welcome and encouraged to participate.
