Although work stress and burnout are present in every occupation, health care professionals, who spend their work lives attending to the needs of others, are at the highest risk. This 3-Part Virtual Workshop Series will provide strategies to promote enhanced health and well-being. Relaxation techniques will be reviewed and self-guided meditations that can help professionals to better cope with their work life.
