TO ERR IS HUMAN: 2019 Faculty and Staff Professional Development

On the evening of Tuesday, October 1, 2019, the Pioneer Valley Interprofessional Education Collaborative (PV-IPEC) will be hosting its Annual Faculty and Staff Professional Development Program. Each year, approximately 100 staff from a variety of institutions, attend this session to learn about the latest developments interprofessional education and practice. The year’s event is focused on increasing patient safety though improving interprofessional collaboration, communication and education. Healthcare professionals in Western Massachusetts will view the documentary, “To Err is Human” followed by a panel presentation and discussion with subject matter experts.
